Richmond Oak is a family run business and you can have confidence that our management team, with over 60 years of experience, will ensure you are provided with the highest level of expertise and guidance, right from the design stage, through the minefield of planning and building regulations, where necessary, and eventually through the building stage. We take pride in ensuring all our clients have a 'Wow' glazed extension they can really be proud of.
Since acquiring the business during 2008, a recent survey carried out by the IWA certifies that we have achieved nothing less than 96% very pleased customers and can arrange for you to speak with them and to visit some completed installations. We have also recently achieved CHAS certification for health & safety and after an extensive review of our Company, we have been awarded the status of 'Which' magazine, 'Trusted Trader'.

What We Do...
We are specialists in designing and installing bespoke seasoned oak Conservatories and Orangeries in and around Surrey but also in other hardwood, as well as other materials, where required.
Whether you looking for a traditional or modern design, you'll find that your conservatory or orangery will create a ‘Wow’ feature on your home and be the envy of your friends and neighbours.
Our design consultants work closely with you to ensure that your conservatory, orangery or garden room, meets your and provides an aesthetically pleasing glazed extension to your home. We deal with all aspects of your project including, where required, planning and building regulations applications.
Approximately 25% of our work is carried out on Listed Properties and at least half are within conservation areas, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Green Belt and National Parks, so we have all the experience necessary to ensure your project design meets all the necessary approvals.
Before your project is sent to our workshops for manufacture, you will be provided with a full set of scaled CAD drawings for your approval. Our joineries employ craftsmen using traditional carpentry skills to ensure your conservatory is made to the highest standards. Once on site, it will be erected by skilled installers with many years of experience in carrying out this work.
You can also rest assured that all the timber we use is has FSC certification certifying that is built from wood sourced from sustainable and renewable sources. To find out more about how we can build the conservatory of your dreams...
